This was a sweet little studio! The tile floor, the wood beams, and the antique chest gave the studio all the French charm I craved. The kitchen area was more than adequate for my needs. The bathroom was updated with enough storage. There was enough hot water for a shower, but not a long one. I had doubts about the bed but it turned out to be quite comfortable. The location is very convenient and I loved the view from the studio. With the windows open it was noisy even at 3 in the morning so I had to keep the windows shut at night, Ad was good about communicating but we were in different time zones so there was sometimes a delay.
I stayed by myself in this apartment for three days, and it was perfect! The location can't be beat, and the apartment has everything you need. I also felt very safe, which is important to me as a solo female traveler!
I had a very nice stay at Adrien's apartment, the studio is small but clean and has everything you need for your stay. And the bed is very comfortable :-) I recommend it to everyone who wants to be in one of the most central places of Paris.
What a wonderful find! My favorite location in Paris. What a treasure to find. The studio had everything you could want, very well appointed. The bathroom was a great size for a studio in Paris. The elevator a rare find in historical building. Everything is new and in excellent condition. There were a few basic food items in the kitchen, very nice !. I always appreciate that there was no personal clutter, and the studio was spotless, very clean. A very professional rental. I will be back.
I really enjoyed staying at the apartment. It is very nice and sunny, centrally located and just simply pleasant. I have not seen my host Adrian, but his father was very attentive to what I needed and helped me with any concerns. I would stay there again, and recommend to others.
Nice apartment, quiet neighborhood and helpful host
This cosy studio was exactly what I needed for those couple of extra nights in Paris. In an excellent location, close to the metro, and it had everything I needed. I highly recommend this apartment.
I really recommend this studio the best location and the realible elevator are a real gold gem in Paris! The studio is confortable, heat works well, new bathroom and good bed, plus cable TV and good wifi Internet as well! Axel is a very realible host, he does not lie and you really can trust in him!
It was my best trip for Paris in ages! Thank you so much Adrian and Axel!
This place was great. It is centrally-located in a neighborhood that features countless cafes, cinemas, art galleries, antique shops, theatres, and bookstores. It is also just a couple blocks to the Odeon metro station. The building is really cool with a small glass elevator wrapped with old wooden spiral stairs. Both of the windows open, letting in air, and the view was nice.
The room was bigger than I expected and the bed was comfortable. It took me a little while to figure out the wifi but it eventually worked. Adrian leaves instructions on the table which I recommend reading.
My first morning there, I took a shower and realized there were no towels. Unfortunately, I had to dry myself off with my pajamas! I went to the computer to let Adrian know and I already had an email from the housekeeper telling me that towels were on the way. This was no big deal for me because I realize that accidents happen and the situation was fixed immediately.
My only complaint is that the hot water in the shower never lasted more than a few minutes. But, I have a feeling that is because it is an old building. Otherwise, this place was super.
I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend this to anyone traveling solo or a couple.
Fantastic experience, top of my list.
Fast check in (you don't have to meet and I could check in at any time) and easy/fast to access from the airport (direct express train to the flat). Clear instructions and lots of tips for things to do in the neighborhood.
The studio is clean, quiet and modern. It is in a former Hotel Particulier and there is a small courtyard. I would go running in the Luxembourg garden :)
Thanks - hopefully I will be back!
