Interaction with Guests
I am able to give you information and tips for your stay in Dublin.
My apartment is very close to city center, it can't be any more central. Many shops, bars, and restaurants are nearby. main train station is just few minutes walk and most of Dublin buses are connected to city center.
There is only one request from me: this is a non-smoking apartment.
Apt was nice, clean, comfortable, and easy to find. It looks exactly like the listing photos. Fahim responds quickly to emails and is easy to work with. It's close to a main public transportation hub (O'Connell St) which makes getting around easy. There's a Tesco close by if you want groceries. All in all, a very good AirBnB choice.
Sunny was really helpful and made sure we had a comfortable stay. His apartment was exactly as described on the pictures and in a great location
Sunny was very friendly and helpful, and met me at the apartment after my flight arrived. The apartment is perfect for one or two people - cozy but with plenty of room. The apartment is located within walking distance of Temple Bar, Trinity College, and other Dublin attractions. It's also really close to the airport bus line and Dublin's light rail system.
There was a small snafu with the checkout time, but I'm not sure if it was due to a miscommunication from Airbnb. Otherwise a great experience!
The apartment was great! It delivered on all the most important things - it was clean, true to the pictures, in a great location (~15 minute walk to most key areas/sights and a short cab ride from everything else), and comfortable. It is also across the street from the bus stop for the bus to/from the aiport - really convenient (10 euro round trip). Fahim was super communicative and met us at the apartment when we arrived to show us around, and he was very friendly. The only negative is that it is in an apartment building, so sometimes the neighbors were a bit noisy and there were sometimes somewhat unpleasant smells in the hallway (but the smells never came into the apartment).
Fahim was great. He was very friendly and responsive to emails about the apartment. The apartment itself was immaculately clean.
We were two friends staying in the apartment to do a course at the dance centre just off Talbot street which is a three minute walk from the apartment. The area is fine. Very close to the main shopping district and just a 5-10 minute walk to the river. It is also a nice walk over the river to the Temple Bar area where there are lots of pubs, around 10-15mins walking. The airport bus stops outside the door and is 20-30 mins to the airport (10euro rtn).
We had a great time at Fahim's. As there were two of us one person slept on the (huge) L shaped sofa which was very comfortable and the other in the double bed.
Lots of hot water and we didn't have any issues with the oven/washing machine/electricals/heating. An ideal stay!
About the Host, Fahim
As you know my name is Fahim Mohammed, Originally from an exotic country called India, living in this beautiful country called Ireland since long. I lived in couple of middle eastern countries before I came to Ireland. On the basis of my personal experience and also the profession I'm envolved in, where I meet several different people each day, I must say the Irish people are one of the loveliest people on earth. I became an Irish citizen in 2013 and its been an absolute pleasure becoming a "Paddy".
I'm very easy going, fun loving, adventures and down to earth person, although I don't have much time to have fun and adventure, as I'm busy with work and studies. I'm a qualified auctioneer by profession. I'm enthusiastic, ambitious and careerist person that's what the people say! especially my Mum :) Discipline and cleanliness is something in my blood, some people say I'm too much! But I don't mind as far as many appreciate it a lot. To be totally honest, I do the same job what my competitors does in business, but I just put a hint of perfection and discipline which makes it look different and that's the key of success. Perfectionist is the word impresses me a lot, because nothing is perfect! don't get me wrong guys I feel I'm the most imperfect one, that's why I'm always trying to improvise things in my life all the time. I love to talk, meet people, know them, but unfortunately time is lacking. If situation demands I can work 18 hours a day and 7 days in a week, I'm a workaholic.
I'm in my early 30s but still I love parties, music which makes you dance, Ibiza is the most exciting holidays I've ever been, not only for great party night life but also adventures and clean sunny beaches. I've great passion for cars with higher engine power.
My main aim to have my accommodation listed as Holiday letting is to meet people from all over the world, Guys, there are lot more things to write, I may come back and write more later. Got to go back to work now, until then good bye!
