Response from Sean & Victoria:

Glad you enjoyed the house Kim! Our neighbors said you fit right in with the annual block party. In terms of the avocados, you're right, you visited in the heart of avocado season, and most people seem to enjoy the free avocados. Although the yard was thoroughly cleaned by our gardener the day before your arrival, I could see how after 2 weeks the avocados accumulated on the ground, attracting some furry friends at night. Our solution is to pick the avocados out of the tree (picker provided) or off the ground, eat them if they're in good shape, or if not toss them in the compost bin.
