SUMMER COOLING
There are two stand up AC units, one in the master bedroom and one in the main level full bedroom. If the fans are placed strategically, these units will bring the house down a few degrees however if it is really hot outside the house will be warm. If you need your vacation rental to be an icebox, this would not be the best vacation home for you.

POWER OUTAGES
Power outages are not uncommon in the mountains. If you experience an outage for an extended period of time, please contact us and we can set up the generator for you.

STAIRS
There are long stairs to the loft and lower level. Anyone who is not good with stairs is encouraged to stay on the main level.
