The Little Dipper is a quaint, vintage cottage overlooking the Rappahannock River. The primary bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and clothing storage. This bedroom also provides access to the bathroom. The second bedroom is on the small side; the twin bed has a pull out trundle, but leaves little room for activity if both beds are in use.

The bathroom is fully equipped with towels, shampoo, and soap. Linens & blankets are provided for the bedrooms.

The kitchen and living space create an open and airy room with a bistro table for dining and loveseat for lounging. French doors lead from the living area to our screened porch overlooking the Rappahannock River. Excellent place for morning coffee, unwinding after a day on the water, or to enjoy a local seafood feast.

A newly built boardwalk leads from the cottage to the beach for easy access and the outdoor shower is perfect to rinse off sandy feet. We're excited to offer 2 kayaks and 2 paddleboards this year to our guests.
