An incredible module home off the stretch at mile marker 106 one block off a canal to the bay, it is so close to all the great night life in Key Largo too. The keys are not conducive to the South Beach feel. We have the best diving and snorkeling. Come enjoy Key Largos incredible fish, and Oceanic life. We include the use of our bicycles. We are walking distance to grocery shopping.
We want everyone to have the best vacation possible. The Keys are paradise for us. Please be aware this (email hidden)d in home. This is NOT a sterile hotel. We combined two family and we now have two homes. We try very hard to keep the house super clean. This is the tropics and that is a very challenging endeavor. You have full use of the kitchen and everything in it. So you are able to go to the grocery store and cook for yourselves. If there is anything in the refrigerator or cabinets use it. Sometimes you get real lucky and the guest before you really over bought.
About Key Largo
Key Largo is an island in the upper Florida Keys archipelago and, at 33 miles (53 km) long, the largest of the Keys. It is also the northernmost of the Florida Keys in Monroe County, and the northernmost of the Keys connected by U.S. Highway 1 (the Overseas Highway). Its earlier Spanish name was Cayo Largo, meaning Long Key.
Key Largo is a popular tourist destination and calls itself the "Diving Capital of the World" because the living coral reef a few miles offshore attracts thousands of scuba divers and sport-fishing enthusiasts. Key Largo is situated between Everglades National Park to the north-west and John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park to the east, the first underwater park in the United States and the site of the only living coral barrier reef in the continental United States.
One of the only places I've ever stayed in that was entertaining in and of itself. Great beach house. Comfortable, quiet and well located. Highly recommended.
This place was awesome an even better than we hoped. Very spacious and great location. Natalie was very friendly and helpful and responded to every question immediately.
A BIG thanks to Natalie for our stay at her place in Key Largo earlier this week. Great communication & easy experience. Her place was very comfortable, eclectic, and we look forward to bringing some friends with us next time we're down! Only downside was that we only got to enjoy 2 of our 3 nights here. Happy hour at Kelly's in Key Largo ran "a little long" and we decided to stay a night there ;)
Quirky, cute and eclectic. This little home is perfect for a little vacation. Quiet neighborhood, and close to everything you need.
I didn't meet Natalie therefore I can't give a feedback about herself.Check-in/ check-out was very easy. I had the whole house for myself. You can stay there easyly with 4 to 6 friends as well.
If you go to the Keys you have to know that there is practicly no private acces to the sea!
I had a stange experience promenading the last evening looking for a nice place for the sunset in the very close neighborhood ( alone). Neighbors called the police and pointed me out as a "suspicious person" ( this has nothing to do with Natatlie!!!). A very strange situation coming from Berlin where you can walk everywhere day and night. I react very calm and friendly to this situation and the 2 (!) policemen in their 2 cars treated me right as well. But I won't imaging being a sincere black person making a walk at sunset... So be prepared taking the car even for short distances avoiding strange situations.
I had an incredible stay in Key Largo all thanks to Natalie. I couldn't have been happier with my first Airbnb experience. Highly recommended!!
Natalie's place was really charming and we ge a great stay. Cool house that felt genuine! Natalie was very communicative and easy, would definately recommend staying with her! Thank you!
This was our first experience with Airbnb, and it was great! Natalie was super fast in responding to all our questions, and very helpful. The house itself is exactly as pictured, and is just a lovely home away from home. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever in Florida again. Highly recommended!!
We had a great experience with our host. Natalie's husband met us and was really kind and helpful. The space is quite large and because there was only 2 of us, we didnt use much of it. You could definitely stay there with a family. The space was clean and easy to find right when you get into Key Largo.
My mom and I enjoyed our 1 night stay! Natalie was easy to get in touch with and flexible with our arrival time. The key she left for us was easy to find following her instruction. The house was clean and very interesting - full of all sorts of curios and antiques, as shown in the photos. Very spacious as well, with plenty of room for far more than just my mother and myself. We had dinner next to some colorful locals at Shipwrecks Bar & Grill, a short 5 minute drive from the house. Though the house is not on the water, it's not far from access to beaches via John Pennecamp State Park, and is quite close to the main Keys highway.
Only real issue we had was that the coffee pot wasn't working - but we picked up some lattes at the Starbucks down the road instead, so it wasn't a big deal.
Best of all, we had to ask Natalie to go out of her way as a host when my mother left her backpack behind in the house, and we didn't realize it until she called. She met us on our way back up to Fort Lauderdale so we wouldn't have to go out of our way to pick it up. Definitely went the extra mile, so to speak! Thanks again, Natalie!
