This is Reely Livin! 50 yards from the neighborhood boat ramp or an easy walk to the beach! Beautiful, newly renovated condo with 2 bedrooms, 1 and 1/2 bathrooms, and a pull-out couch. Sleeps 6 comfortably. Large private deck with gas fireplace and hammock. Centrally located in the heart of Atlantic Beach. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and bars. Boaters: 5 Min Boat ride to Beaufort Inlet. Fishing charters and boat cruises also available.

The space
Perfect home for a family, couples, or a fisherman's retreat. Downstairs has a newly updated, full kitchen with high-end appliances, washer/dryer, half bath, and living room area with a large flat screen equipped with cable TV and a comfy pull-out couch for extra sleeping space. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with closets. The master bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has a queen/twin XL bunk. Four total beds in the house that can accommodate up to 6 people comfortably. The upstairs full bathroom includes a 5ft rainshower. Outside there is a large private deck perfect for entertainment; grill, market lights, propane fire pit, casual seating and a hammock. Rinse off after a day at the beach with our Surfboard Outdoor Shower! Bringing your boat? There is ample room on the property to park your boat and even more conveniently, a private neighborhood ramp about 50 yards away from the condo. Private fishing charters and boat cruises also available.
