This home is set in the natural beauty of Southwest Florida. Surrounded by moss draped cypress, live oak, slash pine and scores of palms, this Key West Style second floor apartment is a paradise close to everything but with a feel of being far, far away. We are located near the Six Mile Cypress Slough and close to numerous restaurants, shopping and both the Red Sox and Twins Stadiums. Fort Myers Beach is 14 miles away.

The space
This rental unit encompasses the entire second floor which is 2200 square feet under roof. It includes a wrap around porch overlooking the professionally landscaped 2.5 acres, master bedroom, master bathroom with two walk in closets, an additional half bath, Dining Room, full Kitchen and a Living Room with a wood burning fireplace and antique mahogany mantle.
Share breathtaking views overlooking a manicured 2.5 acre park like setting and large saltwater pool and deck which is shared with guests staying in the first floor unit which is locked off from the penthouse.

The living room is spacious with a large Smart TV which has Hulu with over 50 channels and many local HD channels. During the winter season you may want to enjoy a warm fire in the fireplace. The sectional seats four with recliners on both ends.

The Dining Room has a beautiful Italian designed table and four chairs.

There is a half bath off the living room.

The Master Suite has a Queen Bed, dresser, two walk-in closets and a Master bathroom with shower and granite counter top.

The kitchen features plenty of cabinets, a full refrigerator/freezer, microwave, counter top stove and built in wall oven as well as a combo washer/dryer.

Our rates are on a nightly, weekly or monthly basis. The minimum stay is four nights for one or two adults.

We do not charge a cleaning fee!

We have loved meeting guests from all over the world. We just finished a guest home a couple hundred feet behind the main house where my wife and I now live and are available to our guests for help with enjoying our property and SW Florida.
