My small accommodation is located in the basement of an old Bremen house on the south side overlooking the leafy backyard.
Private atmosphere in the house, quiet side street in the popular Flüsseviertel district of Bremen Neustadt.
Supermarkets (also organic), bakeries, cafes, restaurants, banks are in the immediate vicinity (Pappelstr.) With public transport you can reach the city and main station; airport and highways are not too far away.
There is free parking on the street and in the surrounding area.

The space
Due to the increased energy prices, I also have to increase the overnight rate....
Please note, my overnight stay price does not include cleaning fees...
At the suggestion of some guests, there is also a side sleeper pillow in size 40 cm x 80 cm ...
The comfortable bed is 140 cm x 200 cm in size.

There is no kitchen in the traditional sense. But in the hallway there is a small, quiet fridge, coffee maker, kettle, dishes, glasses, cutlery ...etc...
Unfortunately, there is no space for a stove or microwave...
The room and hallway are connected by 2 steps...

Coffee, tea, sugar, mineral water are available upon arrival...
The next day you can - if necessary - shop in the surrounding shops, or you can have breakfast at e.g. Bäcker Weymann on Pappelstr. (from 8 am) and/or treat yourself to a restaurant visit at e.g. "Syrer" on Langemarckstr. or at the "Turkish" restaurant on Pappelstr. (5 - 10 minutes' walk) away.


The bathroom has a sink, shower, toilet, heating...

Neighborhood highlights

Bremen Neustadt is a lively neighborhood. I find everything I need for my everyday life here in a short time.
In addition to supermarkets (also BIO Aleco on Pappelstr. ), retailers such as bookstores, drugstores, banks, pharmacies, doctors, etc. there is a weekly market daily until noon at Delmemarkt (in front of REWE) and on Friday an organic market from 3 pm - 6 pm in the same place.
If you feel like swimming, you can do this in the indoor pool in the park of the Neustadt...


The atmosphere in the house is pleasant and quiet.
