This 680 sq ft, 2 bedroom Granny Flat has 2 private entrances, driveway parking, a full kitchen, laundry machines and a private patio in a centrally located, safe and quiet neighborhood.

The space
This “granny flat” aka Cottage, has 2 private entrances. The front door is next to the driveway which is reserved for Cottage use. There is a walkway from the driveway to the private patio and the 2nd entrance/exit.
There is a door in the kitchen that leads to the garage but that is always locked when we have guests.
This is an allergen free space - I use Free & Clear laundry soap & don't use dryer sheets. I do use bleach cleaner but air out the space before guests arrive. I also adhere to the Covid cleaning protocol.
The kitchen is bright and airy with a skylight and lots of counter lighting. It has a fully functional & furnished kitchen stocked with basic spices, oils, condiments as well as coffee makers, coffee and teas.
The bathroom m has a tub and shower with soaps, shampoo & conditioner.
This is a wonderful space for extended stays!

The neighborhood was established in the ‘60’s by UC professors and employees. It is safe and quiet, ideal for walking for exercise, going to the store & restaurants as well as getting to campus via buses or walking.
