For those who do not be like cooking there is a service for home cooking, you can ask menus and prices! we can cook at your place and share good food and good conversation! Or speciality of course typical spanish dishes , a good example would be :
Serrano ham/ typical Spanish tortilla / spicy chorizo flambé with cider
Paella ( seafood and chicken / squid in black ink)
Strawberry tiramisù / Tradicional tiramisù and of course unlimited sangria!!!
Also I have arranged prices with a renting bike shop in Madrid, ask me if you want to do this, I could get a discount!
As a complementary culinary experience we offer the possibility of undertake a 2 hrs Cooking Course on Spanish Cuisine.
The Course would cost 25€ and would explain in details how to cook proper Spanish Paella and how to make Sangria. At the end of the 2hrs course the food would be served as part of the meal.
The course would take place during dinner time and weekend

We really enjoyed Sergio's place for our long weekend in Madrid. It's small, but has the basics. The air conditioning was very welcome as we happened to be there during a heat wave. Sergio was friendly and responsive to our needs -- we would absolutely stay there again. The location was very central, a short walk to the Reina Sofia in one direction and the El Sol metro in another, although the Tirso de Molina stop is only a few blocks up the hill with some nice cafes on the square. The ginormous Sunday Rastro market is just a few blocks over As New Yorkers, we liked the diverse neighborhood, and it didn't seem all that different from home, but one of the shop ladies told me to hold my bag close to me. A highlight of our trip was the paella class session with Andrea -- he showed us the ins and outs of a Spanish tortilla, sangria and a lovely paella. He answered all our many questions and was particularly delightful with our 11 year old budding chef. There is a surprising collection of cooking basics and spices for such a tiny kitchen, but we didn't explore that because of the heat -- just ate leftover paella when we weren't out sampling Madrid's cafes.
Overall, it's a nice room close to the metro and with reasonable facilities and prices.
However, the room is located at 4F, which would be unfriendly to traveler with large luggage. The hot water in bathroom is unstable and either is the wifi.
Awesome experience! the apartment is really central, comfortable and just perfect for our needs. Sergio was really kind and welcoming, and we did feel good at his place.
Definitely suggested, I'll try to get here again next time we'll be in madrid!
We only stayed for one night, so we didn't require a lot. Sergio was very helpful, and the apartment was easy to find and had everything we needed.
We expected it to be a bit larger, but it was not a problem in our case.
The district where it is located is quite multinational. Lots of Indian restaurants and shops. A supermarket is quite close to the apartment (next to the underground station). Interestingly, they don't sell beer there in the evenings while all other shops and supermarkets in Spain do (at least this was the first one for me).
Sergio was a fantastic host. He was very friendly, relaxed and was happy to help with any questions we had. The neighborhood is awesome! Only 2 minute walk to the subway station, markets and restraints. The listing was clean and exactly as described. It was very cosy and had everything required for a comfortable stay in Madrid. Highly recommended!
