Only 1 dog is allowed per unit and the following breeds are restricted by the condo association: Rottweiler, Doberman, Great Dane, Chow, Pit Bull and German Shepherds. There will be a tag to attach to the dogs collar inside the unit this must be on the collar at all times while on the property . All dogs must be on a leash at all times when outside the condo. The property is monitored by security guards and they do check to make sure the dogs are properly registered. Failure to abide by these rules will result in losing your reservation and you will not be issued a refund.
