The space
Beringin Cabin comprises of fully airconditioned living room and dining area, kitchen, and dedicated BBQ space and four (4) unique rooms made out of container.

Each room is air-conditioned and equipped with one (1) queen bed and two (2) single floor bed that can fit up to four (4) pax comfortably in each room. Each room have its own bathroom attached. Every room is facing pool.

The pool is private and people from outside will not be able to view the pool.

Guest access
Private pool is available just in front of the room. We have kids pool (1.5ft depth) and adult pool (4ft depth) ready to use. All rooms are facing pool.

Smart TV in the living room can be used to watch movies (bring your own pendrive/ hard disk), Astro Njoi, Youtube and Netflix.

We do not allow EV charging, not because of the bill but due to voltage supply by TNB at the area is not stable sometimes. Using EV charger may cause the voltage to drop thus compromising other appliances e.g. airconditioning. Let us know if your EV need emergency charging and we’ll try to accommodate.

Other things to note
For your info:

1. Due to intermittent low power supply issue by TNB to this part of village, we have to fix the room and living room aircond at comfortable temperature. Hence no aircond remote will be provided, else otherwise the voltage will drop too much and causing failure to other equipment e.g. water pump. We have installed voltage regulator at DB boards, the regulator may be producing “clicking” noise from time to time as it regulating the voltage.

2. Host and his family is staying at the back area of the house. One parking lot will be occupied by host’s vehicle. However you will have full privacy as both sides are not accessible during stay. Also by doing this, host will be able to respond to your needs faster whenever host is at home.

3. No dogs and non-halal food allowed at the property as this is a muslim-friendly property. If dog(s) found to be at the property, a cleansing fee will be charged as per quote by cleansing 3rd party service.

Matters that are beyond host control:
1. Astro Njoi no signal during heavy rain/ cloud.
2. Power outage that impacted the whole village and its surrounding villages.
