The space
This is a 430-square-foot studio unit. It has a full kitchen and plenty of room for a couple but can also accommodate a family of 4. The ski-in/ski-out amenity is unmatched in the winter and in the summer you can hike or bike right out your door. Enjoy a king bed and upgraded sleeper sofa bed. There is also a deck that faces Breckenridge Ski Resort for you to relax on. It is the perfect space for cooking meals in the kitchen, BBQing with the grills on the hot tub deck or just strolling on to Main Street to enjoy a meal at one of the 100+ restaurants in Breckenridge!

Other things to note
We recommend parking your car for the weekend and walking or using the free bus to get around. There is a lift ticket office right at the snowflake lift which is steps away from our condo! There are also plenty of hiking and biking trails right out your door in the summer!
