Located about 10 minutes northwest of Dyersburg, the Fyrne Lake Lodge is idyllically situated among the forests within the Fyrne Lake Farms property. The spacious floor plan, creative layout and peaceful environment make for the perfect location to have your next corporate training, church retreat or private family getaway. The home features 5 bedrooms that sleep 14 guest, a large living area that opens to the kitchen, and two additional sitting areas (one can be made into a conference area).

The space
This 2 story home is fully stocked for guest to cook in. (groceries not provided). This is a private location for our guest and breakfast is NOT serve. The Lodge has 5 queen beds and 4 twin beds.

Two common areas with TV's. They are smart tvs so you can use your own login codes just be sure to log out upon departure.

This has an amazing large screen in porch off the back of the home. The home sits far back off the road as well and provides complete privacy.

Guest access
You will be given a code to access a lock box 24 hours before arrival. If we have a one day turn around this 24 hour window could be less as we will have to get there the morning of to reset codes. We will keep in contract through airbnb to keep you updated.

Other things to note
This is a fully equipped home, there are no extra cleaning services provided. Prior to the guest arrival, the premises and inventory are thoroughly inspected. If you see any damage upon your arrival please contact.

Please do not wash bed linens and towels, as this will be done upon your departure. If your stay exceeds the weekend, then towels may be washed, however do so separately. Before departing, please strip all bed linens and place linens on top of the bed (overnight guests only).

Any damages or missing inventory will be charged to the guest.

Upon departure, please remove all food you have brought in during your stay.

Please make sure all dishes have been cleaned and put away upon departure or have been loaded in the dishwasher and it has been started.

Please see that all trash is placed in the provided trash cans in the garage/or covered car port area.

If you move furniture please replace the furniture in its original location.

No pets are allowed.

No smoking in homes or covered screen porch.

Upon your departure, please turn off all lights and lock all doors and place the key back in the lock box.
