There are 3 apartments in this vacation home. It is located between the harbor and the Baltic Sea beach. The house was completed in 2006. The newly created district on the beach road in the Baltic Sea resort of Karlshagen is within walking distance.
The 2-room holiday apartments are located on the ground floor with terrace. Upstairs is a 4-room apartment with a large balcony. A discreet wooden staircase (room-saving staircase ) integrated in the living area leads to the gallery. The house comes with floor heating. Each apartment has an open kitchen. The cottage includes a garden with unobstructed views of a large meadow that can be used by all guests of the house. Each apartment has a parking space.

The apartments are comfortably furnished and offers plenty of space.
There is a bicycle storage available for guests.
