TRAVEL CONCERNS REGARDING CORONAVIRUS OUTBREAK: All of our Airbnbs are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after every guest, all of our linens and towels are washed and bleached. We pride ourselves in providing clean and comfortable places to stay for our guests, if you have any questions or concerns regarding this matter please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

This listing sleeps a maximum of 2 people, and has parking for 1 car ONLY. There is no street parking for additional vehicles. Any day time guests must leave by 10pm.

Your guest suite is equipped with a washer and dryer, a kitchenette with a Keurig, mini fridge and cooktop, and a brand new memory foam queen mattress. You will have a private deck furnished with lounge chairs to enjoy during your stay, and a beautiful view of the cove from your master bedroom. The cozy living room is equipped with a smart tv with complimentary Hulu and Netflix. You can have up to 2 guests in this one bedroom queen suite.

Please respect our neighbors, their privacy and their quiet. - Please no parties or events, playing loud music, or being loud in general.

We don’t allow pets so that we can keep the guest space allergy free.

Absolutely no smoking (including e-cigs, vaping, marijuana, etc.) in or on the property.

No burning candles or incense, and no outdoor grilling.

No glitter or confetti.

This property has unobstructed waterviews of the harbor that is directly across the street from the house. Pawtuxet Village is a 2 minute walk up the street with plenty of restaurants, yoga studios, nail salons, ice cream, etc. Providence is just a 10 minute drive or easy Uber ride from the house!
