Internet information -included- is in each room. Free parking..lots of room. Air conditioned. Maintaining physical distance. Due to Covet19 the shared kitchen has been closed for now.

Welcome to Fredericton, NB! Our home is a heritage home -built in 1797- in the historical area of the City. We would like to share it with folks who are looking for an affordable place to stay in the Capital of our Province. We appreciate ppl. who respect opportunities and our home is definitely one. We are looking forward to this experience. My daughter and I used Airbnb to go to Ontario and enjoyed the casual and yet professionalism of booking and staying in the place we decided on. One can see UNB from our upstairs window. Visiting Elmcroft Place is an experience to remember. Walking and biking trails are close by along the beautiful Saint John River and close to the walking bridge. Welcome!
