The space
The 50 sqm apartment is fully air-conditioned and equipped. It has a double bedroom with a 140x200 bed with memory foam mattress and pillows and a large wardrobe. The kitchen opens onto the living area with a sofa that can accommodate one person. The large bathroom offers a huge shower.
The terrace equipped with table, chairs and soft relax armchair overlooks the sea, which is only 20 meters away, and from which you can admire wonderful sunsets.

Guest access
The apartment is just 20 meters from the sea and, a few steps away, guests will have a beach where they can place two sunbeds and an umbrella for free use to enjoy the sea in absolute silence and away from the crowds. Available for sharing with three other apartments are two beautiful kayaks.
The beach below the house is not sandy and the rocks are cleverly arranged in terraces.
Since there is no sand, even in high season there is an extraordinary tranquility. Sunsets are incredibly beautiful.

Other things to note
A car is necessary to be able to move around independently and to visit the many nearby beaches. The bus stop is 500 meters from the residence.

The residence is located on the coast from Cagliari to Villasimius, restaurants, supermarkets, fruit and vegetable stalls are a 5-minute drive.
The swimming pool of about 30 meters is located in an exclusive setting just minutes away and there are changing rooms, showers and bathrooms.
