This quiet apartment is located in Kreuzberg, on the border of Mitte, the center of Berlin. Kreuzberg is a lively, artsy, and very affordable part of western Berlin. Being very multicultural, it attracts a variety of visitors and residents. Many festivities and events take place here, from the May 1st street parties, to the Carnival of Cultures. Görlitzer Park, one of the largest parks in Berlin, is in the spring summer and fall alive with picnickers and barbecuists, frolicking dogs and flying frisbees.
There are many possibilities in Kreuzberg. The areas near Schlesisches Tor, Oranienstrasse, and the beloved Bergmann Kiez are a great start. Numerous great clubs, unique bars, cozy cafes, and delicious restaurants make for more than enough to keep you busy.
There are many attractions around, from the daytime touristy stuff to the night-time Club action. There are several supermarkets as well as restaurants within easy walking distance.
Just in front of the door is a stop for the 265 Bus. The apartment is 7 minute’s walk (or one stop with bus) from Schlesisches Tor on the U1 (green) line. Ostbahnhof is 2 stops apway with bus, and offers S-Bahn and Intercity trains.
You will have access to easy directions after you
reserve this apartment.

Other than that, rock on and have fun.
The apartment is well located within Kreuzberg, close to the Spree River and well connected to the rest of the city by public transport. We were met upon arrival by one of Eric´s staff who manages the short term rentals of several apartments in Berlin.
Given the "professional" handling of the accomodation we were quite disappointed about this apartment.
Worn out and far away from being a modern space as well as in need of an urgent reform and some "TLC" we would not recommend this place for the time being.
The apartment is in a great location and the hosts provide you with lots of local tips to help you explore the area.
Eric's apartment was a good pick. The description and the photos matched what we found. The location is great, it's a calm neighborhood and 10 min away from the center by bus... If the weather is good I strongly recommend the bicycles as it's a great way to move around and explore the city.
Very accurate pictures and all in all the place was as promised. Nicely cleaned place and great value for money.
This is the quiet side of Xberg, so if you'r looking for to be in the middle of everything, you may want to go somewhere else, but if you want a good night's sleep 10 minutes walk from Oranienstrasse, the address is great.
How ever it seemed to us that, as the building is old, there is some mould in the structures of the house itself. People with respiratory problems might find this flat uncomfortable.
The flat is easy to reach by public transport and there are a couple of supermarkets, enough of cafés and and a few spätekaufes for your late night drinks nearby. Try the breakfast at Salon Schmueck!
The neughbourhood is generally clean and we definetely didn't feel unsafe at any hour.
There was someone to meet us at the door when we arrived which is always nice. The bench was broken when we arrived and was fixed the same day which was great.
There was a handy booklet with some great info
The place was great and we were greeted even though we were a little delayed. The location is perfect as it is close to the train and is in a cool area of Berlin. Would definitely recommend staying here.
Thanks for your appart Eric. Good place in Berlin. Near the metro, near the train station, near shopping. Inside it was confortable, clean and practice. We have passed a good time in Berlin. See you soon

I'm down to earth, like to meet new people, be with friends, travel, cook, eat, drink, snowboard---not necessarily in that order. When I have the time, I like to work with plastic, making art or objects. I am currently building a startup for specialty printing (feel free to ask ;) of art.
I came to Berlin in 2006, absolutely loved the city, and decided to stay. Originally I wanted to open a hostel here, but now I host in apartments instead. Most of the flats I have listed here are from other owners, I take care of them in their absence. Working with multiple apartments can be quite hard work, but my favorite part is meeting with my guests, it is very rewarding.
I know my way around Berlin pretty well, and can give good tips on where to go when you are in the city. I do my best to make sure the flats are accommodating and comfortable, as I am a traveler myself.
I have an agency, we are now a team of 5 people working together, so do not be surprised if you get an answer from Szandra on my account or if you meet someone altogether different at the apartment, you will be well taken care of, and you can always reach someone who can help you out if need be.
People are important! We will do our best to satisfy your needs. Our apartments are kept very clean, and we respond to all feedback. Professionally cleaned sheets and towels are included, so is a hair dryer and iron. You will also find little comforts in our apartments, such as tea, books, spices... Calendars are up to date, and we are on time. We work hard so you can enjoy your vacation!
