Only a few blocks from the Council Bluffs Main St & Historic 100 Block area featuring restaurants, bars, coffee shops, bakeries, parks, & more! A perfect location for the College World Series & Berkshire Hathaway's annual shareholder meeting. Close to popular area attractions: Henry Doorly Zoo, Orpheum Theatre, Joslyn Art Museum, TD Ameritrade Park, and the CenturyLink Center.

The space
Our space is ideal for business & pleasure travelers alike. Comfortable, impeccably clean, & private. The apartment is located above a quiet business in a historic brick 2-story building. Guests benefit from your own private entrance and can come and go as you please.

The living room offers a high ceiling, grand windows (beautiful sunset views), Queen Bed, 2 Sofas, and an HDTV w/ WiFi access to your Netflix account plus a digital antennae.

The formal dining room offers a table to seat four, and a desk for your workspace.

The well appointed kitchen offers a breakfast table, range, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, cutlery, pots/pans, dishes, and a Keurig coffeemaker w/ complimentary coffee & tea.

The private bedroom offers a comfy queen size bed, recliner, laundry, & en suite bath. The bathroom includes a tub/shower combo, hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries.
