Agata was a very kind and welcoming host. She was very helpful and friendly, making my mother, who stayed at her place for about 15 days, feel at home. Her place is very comfortable, safe and well located (a short walk to the Surbiton Station, to the riverside and to the centre of Kingston Upon Thames), and all of the facilities are very accessible. The time spent with Agata was really pleasant, and they managed to bond and communicate well, even thought my mother doesn’t speak English very well. I strongly recommend her place.

Agata was a wonderful host! Upon arrival she welcomed me with a tea and showed me around! We had a lovely time talking together before she left and I went to explore the area! She was really helpful with directions and met me the following morning at Hampton Court where I was running the half marathon and cheered me on! Overall it was a fantastic experience for my first AirBnB, I would definitely recommend it!
The room was just as advertised - bright and comfortable! It was a very welcome home for two nights after a long travel ordeal - the big, comfortable bed and nice hot shower did wonders to help me get over the initial hump of my jetlag after flying from Vancouver to London.
The location is great, on a very quiet and safe street close to both the Thames, shops carrying all the essentials, and the Surbiton train station. It's about an hour to get into central London via train and tube, but the lovely leafy neighbourhood and proximity to the river make up for the distance.
Agata was a great host, very friendly and open but she also respected my space and was very quiet when I needed to sleep. She went out of her way to help me start to settle in to a new city, which I appreciated so much after arriving to discover my previously arranged accommodations were not ready for me. She was a great first friend to make in a strange city :).
