This is a beautiful apartment with everything as advertised. Adam was an excellent host. Can highly recommend.
Adam's place is great. The apartment has a wonderful view of the bay with excellent decor and amenities. The AV system was tied together nicely with a Connect 4 remote controlling Apple TV, Tivo and wall art speakers.
Very well furnished apartment and in an upmarket area. Had a slight hiccup when I arrived - the cleaners hadn't cleaned up after I precious guests had left but Adam sorted it out in a day's time. Fantastic views out of the balcony as well.
Great flat in a very convenient location. Parking is a little bit difficult, especially on game days (which is often), but apart from that highly recommended.
**APT** is very modern and clean. You will feel like you're in a fancy furniture/design catalog. And the view...you won't get this very many places.
**LOCATION** is not quite central, but easy to get into downtown. The KT is just around the corner, and it will take you into the heart of the city in 10 minutes. You can also connect to the BART easily. The KT is $2 and you can transfer to buses for free (I think). But the Bart is more expensive. If you are willing to walk about 10 minutes, there is a really cute neighborhood with many restaurants (Plow is REALLY good for breakfast/lunch).
**BATHROOM** is very modern. You just have to get used to the shower and the lack of walls to keep water from splashing.
**Adam** is very efficient. You'll probably never see him, but he will make sure you get into the apt OK. If you have any problems, he will make sure it gets resolved.
Be sure to arrange your arrival/departure with the check-in/out times.
Great Place, clean, safe, close to Muni and spectacular views of the bay. Response time with a question or two was within minutes. Great apartment and neighborhood info for us when we arrived. Thoroughly enjoyable space.
Adam's apartment is well appointed, with quality furnishings, and a great outlook over a working dock. It offers a unique perspective on SF and is close to some really great local cafes, restaurants and bars in Dogpatch and Portrero Hill - many of which Adam was only too happy to recommend on his fact sheet for the area. We enjoyed this location as an alternative way to experience SF than in a five star city hotel, which we have done before.
As others have noted, it's about 20 minutes to downtown on the 3rd Street light rail. We used the light rail, the number 22 bus and Uber to book cars when needed at night time (about $12-$14 to Valencia St or SoMa). I'd happily recommend Adam's apartment. Being a working dock, there is the noise associated with this from early morning on weekdays although weekends are quiet. There was no noise from neighbours, in fact, you'd barely know there were any in the building.
The kitchen was great for cooking dinner one night, with ingredients bought at Wholefoods, about a 10 minute walk away (even less on the 22 bus).
I'd happily stay here again!
Great host and apartment. My family was able to join me on a business trip and enjoy the time in SF. Beautiful views and great sense of what living in SF is all about
Great Place. Wonderful weekend for my visiting family. Highly recommend.
Wow, what a great apartment. Clean, modern, and convenient to the best that SF has to offer. Amazing restaurants in the neighborhood and only a short walk from AT&T Park.
Felt like staying in a large suite at the W Hotel. :)
