Prime, quiet residential neighborhood. Apartment is entire 3rd floor (over 1000 sq ft.) with separate, locked entrances. One block to public transportation on Grand Ave. 1.5 mile bus ride to downtown St Paul. Short walking distance to many great restaurants on Grand.

The key aspect to this location is the large number of diverse restaurants ( Cajun, Irish, Indian, Italian, French, Deli)within walking distance. 1 block to the best walleye dinner in the Twin Cities.
