Hello my dear Guests :)
We invite you to our beautiful, spacious and sunny apartment in greater center of Lodz.

It takes only 20 mins on foot to get to the heart of the city. Take a bus, and you'll be there in 5 mins.

Near the appartment, within 5 mins walking distance there are: lots of small grocery and similar shops, a tesco, 24-h gas station with shop, 24-h McDonalds, a restaurant and a couple of pizza/chinese food shops. Take a 15 min walk north to get to a 24-h tesco extra mall.

This is a 50 sq meter apartment in Lodz, 15 minute walk from Manufaktura and 20 min walk/5 min drive from the very centre.

Fully furnished and equipped, easy access to the airport. Just re-freshed with new furniture and new bathroom. At your disposal is fully equipped kitchen, where you can cook whatever you want :). You can feel at home.

  • This is a flat for a very undemanding person.
The best points: the place was clean and there was toilet paper in the bathroom, which is new and nice.
The worst: the internet wasn´t working most of the time and the beds are extremely hard: wooden slats covered with a 5cm mattress.
You can hear the neighbors who get up noisily at 6 a.m.
The flat is on the 3rd floor, no lift. It´s far from the center.
Make sure you arrive during the day, as the light bulb at the entrance is not working, so you´ll need a small flashlight to punch in the code at the door and to go up the stairs, as the light on the staircase is very difficult to locate.
You´ll find two keys on the keyring, but only the bigger round one is operating. It took me a long time to work that out. I called Marcin a few times, as I wasn´t able to open the door, but he never told me what the second key was for.
I was going to stay for a much longer time. Unfortunately, I wasn´t able to get a good night´s sleep and I need an internet connection, so I had to leave after 5 nights.
Marcin was very prompt and nice exchanging emails before I rented the flat, but I haven´t even met him when I was there.

  • Bright, clean and cosy apartment with good transport networks. No.8 tram to Kaliska Train station and Bus 65 to the airport (from Kaliska) Local supermarkets and shops (besides Tesco) are close by too. Marcin was patient and helpful with all our questions and kindly picked us up from the airport.

  • Marcin's friend Pilip met us at the train station, dropped us off, and then took us on to the Central Museum... when we arrived the flat had just been cleaned to within an inch of it's life-- everything was exactly as pictured. Later that evening, after a torrential downpour, we walked to the nearby Tesco and bought surprisingly good quality produce to cook up a fresh pasta sauce in the well equipped little kitchen. My two teen-aged daughters slept in the bedroom (which has two single beds) and my husband and I were very comfortable on a sofa bed in the main living room. Pilip arranged for a taxi to take us to the airport the next day. Everything worked perfectly. Highly recommend the flat and Marcin!

  • I felt at home in this apartment. I really did! It is located just a short walk away from a Tesco supermarket and the city center is not too far away either. I would definitely stay there again if I were to ever come back to Lodz.
