Check out your favorite band or sports team at the Staples Center.

Expo Line metro is one block away and is a straight shot to downtown Los Angeles in one direction and the beach at Santa Monica's world famous Pier at the other end. Restaurants, wine bars, furniture stores, clothing shops, movies and art galleries are all walking distance. Trader Joes and the beach are a bike ride away. The bungalow is centrally located in the center of Los Angeles, which makes getting around really easy, with access to the major freeways and proximity to UCLA, Sony, Silicon Beach and major hospitals.


Inside the bungalow you will find everything you need to feel completely at home during your stay.
In a fully loaded chef's kitchen, complete with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender and washer dryer, you have all the amenities you need to whip up the perfect meal.

A comfortable king sized bed sleeps two in the bedroom. A convertible sofa in the living room makes room for two more. High speed WiFi , the large flat screen, smart TV and a desk for your laptop make working and playing easy.

Little luxuries like hotel linens, towels, bathrobes and slippers pamper you throughout your stay.

You are located 4 miles from the beach and in the coastal region of the city. There's no air conditioning, but you won't need it with the moderate days and cool nights. The rooms are flooded with natural sunlight, fresh air, and there are ceiling fans in both the bedroom and the living room.

We love this bungalow and hope you will too. We lovingly renovated this 1940s quintessential Los Angeles apartment. In it we showcased all the things that we think are the best about California living. We also included special touches that we discovered and enjoyed from other vacation units that we visited from all around the world. We know a lot about construction and real estate in LA, we own the top interior design and construction companies in Los Angeles. We selected this property because we knew we could make a little gem that would be affordable for people around the US and the world to come and enjoy the Los Angeles lifestyle.

Other things to note
There is plenty of available permitted parking on the street. A permit is provided and located on the desk in the bungalow. Hang the permit on your rear view mirror. Please note the permit is only valid on the street of the bungalow. You must return the permit to the bungalow desk when you leave. If you do not return the permit, you will charged a $50 permit fee. Pay attention to parking signs and street cleaning days so you do not get a ticket.

We are a family who loves to travel the world via AirBnB. So far we've been to 21 countries and counting. We have lived in Los Angeles County for over 30 years and love this city. Our favorite spots are the Getty, the beach, the Hollywood Bowl and LACMA Friday night Jazz. When we travel you can find us in a luxury vacation rental or high end boutique hotel. We are very selective about where we stay, it has to be nicer than our home or it's not happening. We brought that same spirit and special touch to our AirBnBs, which we consider affordable luxury. We understand the challenges presented to hosts and as a result we are fabulous guests!
