Please read everything before booking. Beautiful house and private art gallery located right in Oaxaca's historical city center. Within walking distance from museums, galleries, bars and local markets.

It includes a fully equipped kitchen, a terrace, 2 half bathrooms, a bedroom with a full size bed and a main bedroom with a king size bed and a full bathroom. Perfect for a couple.

The space
The house is a beautifully renovated historical house. Please keep in mind that, even though we fumigate the house as constantly as it is possible, it has a lot of open spaces and we cannot guarantee a mosquito free zone. We recommend you bring with you the mosquito repellent of your preference, just in case. The furniture you see in the pictures is the only furniture that's in the house. IMPORTANT: Expect noise from downtown’s nightlife on the weekends.

Guest access
The house is right in the middle of Oaxaca's historical city center, which means most places downtown are at walking distance. There are also tour sites very near the house were you can buy tickets for tours to places like Monte Alban, Teotitlán del Valle, El Tule, etc. If you need any help calling a taxi or finding tour guides, we'll be very happy to help you or give you our recommendations.

Other things to note
The full bathroom (the one with the shower) is inside the main bedroom, meaning you need to go through the main bedroom to access the full bathroom. Make sure everyone's okay with that!

The house is also in the middle of downtown and has very open spaces, expect to hear NOISE from the local bars on the weekend. If you’re a light sleeper this might not be the right fit for you.
