In our backyard we have a charming guest house. You have your own place for a maximum of two people. The only thing we share is the garden. It offers an unique stay close to the river Rotte and two large parks, the Kralingse Bos and the Lage Bergse Bos. There are two bikes you can use for free. When you come by car, in this part of the city you can park for free as well.

The space
A gate next to the main house offers access to the backyard with the guesthouse. It is situated in a former barn with a charming look.

At the ground floor there is a sitting area with tv, a dining area, a kitchenette (small breakfast kitchen: there is no stove or cooking plate) with fridge, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, water cooker, egg boiler and tableware and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

At the open attic is the bedroom with a double bed (1,8m x 2,1m).

There is air conditioning, so the temperature can be adjusted to your liking.
