Excellent neighborhood. Be on vacation (island time!) all the time! Go walking, biking, dolphin watching in your boat!
No smoking inside the house. Please remove all rubbish when you leave. If you are staying for the week, garbage should be placed in the receptacles on the side of the garage and placed street-side each Monday evening. Trash pickup is early on Tuesdays.

Big house, more than fully equipped. Great location, quiet and not touristic, totally what we were looking for. We had a wonderful stay.
Very nice and clean. Great location, walking distance restaurants. Nice places to go boating. Highly recommend this place, we will definitely come back. The owner was very nice as well.
Andrew's house was perfect for us! Clean, well maintained and fully equipped will everything one would need. There was just two of us, but we hope to return with some friends. The house is set up great for two couple's or family with kids with two bedroom with private bathrooms. Nice big kitchen! Only draw back is it's a little bit of a drive if you are wanting to do things off pine island, but No traffic issues and less "busy" then other islands.
"Can't think of anything to complain about" says my spouse, adding that this is impressive for her.
Seriously, this is generously sized house in a great, quiet location. The beach right on Pine island is an easy walk and very nice, great birding. We didn't use the second bedroom but both have separate bathrooms and lots of privacy,
The complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch and very much enjoyed.
We loved the house it was very neat and clean perfect for our weekend trip. We want to return with our boat next trip. Thanks so much for sharing your little corner of paradise with us.

Me and my family stayed two nights at the fisherman's paradise.
The House was really lovely. Everything we needed was there. We had a great time!
My wife and I are retired. We live part-time in Saint James City and part-time in "Hill Country" Texas.
We love the Florida beaches, boating and fishing but also enjoy quiet times on the ranch. Our concept of "winter" is any temperature below 60 degrees.
