A large four-storey house located in a quiet and central garden neighbourhood, just a short walk from the Southbank, the Houses of Parliament and The London Eye. Both our rooms are beautifully furnished each with their own private en-suite bathroom.
A large double bedroom with its own large en-suite bathroom, with waterfall shower in our large contemporary home. Beautifully decorated with high quality linen and towels. Toiletries can be provided upon request if you just want to travel with hand luggage!
The house is just a 10 minute walk from The London Eye, Big Ben and Waterloo Station. The nearest tube station is just a 5-7 minute walk away, although the whole of central London is within walking distance really.

It is a no-smoking house, but smokers are welcome to use the garden.
The living space was as advertised. It looks just like the photograph, up to and including the picture on the wall. It was comfortable and easy to live in. The neighborhood was safe and easy to travel about, people were out at all hours. Public transportation was very accessible.
There was a good selection of breakfast foods and we were invited to cook whenever we wanted (of course we were on vacation, so cooking was out of the question).
We were completely satisfied with our accommodation and would use it again if Jeff and Simon would have us.
Jeff was super understanding when I told him that I need one more room for another employee that was coming to London. Everything was sorted super quick, i was given a reply immediately, my colleague was happy with her stay, and we both want to thank Jeff!
We would definitely book with him again and would highly recommend Jeff's place to anyone who wants a place to central London and super nice host!
Thank you Jeff
Second year in a row that I have stayed with Jeff and Simon. Just like last year, the visit could not have gone better.
Their place is beautiful and they are very gracious hosts. The house is located near the Tube with several quite good restaurant options nearby.
Do yourself a favor and quit looking at other options. This is the place to stay.
I could not asked for better hosts. It was my first time to London and I needed all the help and assistance that they provided. The place is really first class. I felt like I was in an upscale Hotel.
Jeff and Simon are so nice and welcoming. Their house is amazing, I appreciate every detail :) The detailed help they give could not be better! They truly made my stay better. You do have to walk everywhere in London and they are close to the London Eye and Southbank, which is awesome. Highly recommended :)
Hosts were very helpful and friendly. The room was just as in the pictures- Large, clean and comfortable. Great bathroom.
House is in a convenient location with easy access to several lines of public transportation. Would definitely stay here again.
We spent 5 days with Jeff and Simon in their gorgeous Lambeth residence. Our room was perfect for us, with its own beautiful facilities and usefully, in the hot weather experienced during our visit, a reverse cycle air-conditioner that would be equally useful if the weather turned cold.
Jeff and Simon made available their well equipped kitchen and its facilities and a supply of breakfast foods that suited us admirably. We really enjoyed being in this lovely airy, open residence. We had our own key and were able to come and go as we pleased - and availibility of wifi was most welcome.
Both Jeff and Simon made us very welcome and provided us with very useful information/directions on transport and eating places; both of our hosts were very personable and friendly.
The residence is located about 10 minutes walk to the North Lambeth and the Elephant and Castle tube stations. But what worked best for us was the excellent bus service in both directions that could get us to key parts of the city regularly and quite quickly. The bus stops are only a couple of minutes walk away and also serviced the two tube stations mentioned, with the much larger Waterloo Station being on the route as North Lambeth. In the delightful weather we had, we also chose to walk to Waterloo, about 20 minutes away - the impressive Imperial War Museum is within 10 minutes on this route. All parts of London can be accessed using the bus/tube services nearby and by using their relevant connections.
For us, this accommodation was ideal, we enjoyed being there and our hosts made us very welcome and we enjoyed the time we spent with them. We highly recommend this listing.

We are a very friendly professional gay couple. We both work in media, branding, design and communications. We travel extensively with our work and therefore understand the importance of a friendly destination. Our interests apart from our work (which takes up a lot of time) mostly revolve around socialising with our friends, live music and eating / cooking.
