Located right in the heart of Dublin this modernly renovated one bedroom flat combines some of the best features the city has to offer.
A mere 3 minute walk brings you to Temple Bar, Dublin's famous pub & restaurant area and 7 more minutes walking will bring you to Trinity College, one of the oldest universities in Europe. You won't need much public transport with this flat as everything is in walking distance and many shops and restaurants literally just outside the door.
The airport bus is just a few 100 meters away.
Considering Dublin's compactness as a city, this apartment is a perfect "headquarter" for your journeys through downtown and a thoroughly enjoyable place to experience it to the fullest.
The ~55 squaremeter apartment has a large living room with a TV (2 channels + free Netflix-Access and access via Chromecast App/Extension), a modern, fully-equiped, built-in kitchen, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, a bedroom facing the courtyard (making it surprisingly quiet considering the flat is in the center of the city) and a large balcony perfectly suited for having breakfast on (if the jumpy Dublin weather allows).
Other Things to Note
1) The second bed is a large (180x200cm), comfy bed couch in the living room
2) You will have the whole flat for yourself during your stay. However, this is a "lived in" space that I rent out when I am traveling, hence there will be some of my personal items there.
Our stay here was great! We couldn't have asked for a better bnb in Dublin. Although we didn't get a chance to meet Benedikt, we were greeted my Nicole as soon as we arrived. She was very helpful in getting us settled in. The listing was very accurate and the location was perfect! If this unit is available I highly recommend taking it.
Hi Benedikt was very lovely and accommodating throughout the stay. The location of the flat is perfect to walk around and the suggestions he made were great as we were only here for a couple of days. Highly recommended!
The picture posted by Benedikt is probably older. Now the living room looks a bit busier as there are two more leather armchairs. The flat is quaint and very, very central. Everything you need in Dublin is within walking distance, including a streetcar line that crosses the city from one end to the other. The bedroom is very quiet, provided one remembers to shut off the water pump. The kitchen equipment is rather Spartan even if Benedikt volunteers to purchase whatever addition might improve it. Benedikt's girlfriend welcomed us and walked us through the flat's appliances. It is a flat suitable for a young couple.
Benedikt's appartment was in a great location, and exactly how it was described. Unfortunately we didn't get to meet Benedikt but his girlfriend Nicole came by and explained everything. Both of them were very helpful and sweet! I'd recommend the place to everyone! Overall it was a great experience!
Benedict's flat is in perfect location, you won't need to use bus or taxi as everything is within walking distance. Flat is cozy, small and clean, everything is as described. Unfortunately we did not have occasion meet Benedict but I'm sure he is very cool and interesting person (according on stuff he has in his place ;)

I like to think and live out-of-the-box while retaining a certain degree of "groundedness".
Therefore I studied Economics, am still studying philosophy, I acted in small theaters, play 3 instruments, lead 3-4 (international) youth organizations, was an avid gamer, organise youth peace congresses, work in innovation projects of all kinds, write articles for magazines, cook nicely for guests, love to travel, write short stories and fragments, photography, movie-making and so on and so on. There are no limits to creativity in my opinion and joy and wisdom can be found both in silent solitude and in excessive activity.
I travelled to over 25 countries and hosted people from more than 30 countries. I hope that gives me enough experience to make your stay here as nice as possible.
