Rustic mountain home, private 2 bdrm apt downstairs, master bedroom cal king bed, 2nd queen, den and full bath. 2500 ft main floor shared with 2 residents. Guests receive a 15% discount at Native Roots Pot Shop in Boulder. 420 friendly! Pet friendly too. Just to be clear this is NOT the entire house, it's a downstairs apartment. The 2500 ft main floor and kitchen are shared with me and my roommate whos bedrooms are upstairs on the 3rd floor. My roommate works m-f 8 to 4 and I am often traveling

Wonderful home in Canyon above Boulder. Only 20 mins drive from downtown Boulder. Beautiful and relaxing surroundings. Definitely would recommend anyone stay there.

Beautiful location in Sunshine Canyon, very private bedroom/ bathroom/ living area. Great shared kitchen and even better shared decks! Would recommend! John, Clare and Karen are amazing hosts and easy to get along with. They made sure we felt at home, which was very nice of them.
