Deceptively spacious bright clean warm bungalow with pleasant enclosed garden peacefully located on southern edge of town looking onto open countryside yet only a few minutes’ walk from shops, restaurants, pubs , parks etc. Also only minutes walk to lovely Dalbeattie Wood with its numerous pretty walks and of course fantastic mountain-biking 7 Stanes trails.

Separate dining room with lovely views over garden and countryside. This part of Galloway is particularly fortunate and varied in the beautiful countryside and coastal richness on its doorstep. My house is well placed to take advantage of all this while also enjoying the convenience of town facilities .The beautiful Colvend coast is only three miles away with pretty coastal villages like Kippford and Rockcliffe to enjoy watersports , golf , fishing, lovely beaches , magnificent clifftop coastal walks, riverside pubs and teashops. Less than half an hour’s drive to interesting old towns like Kirkcudbright , Gatehouse of Fleet , Castle Douglas to explore art galleries , castles , abbeys , beautiful walks , birdwatching , sailing , riding , archery. World class mountain-biking only 400m away at Dalbeattie Forest with other 7 Stanes centres of Mabie and Kirroughtree closeby. Superb road cycling on quiet country roads.
