Great location

Guests who stayed here in the past year loved the location.
This is a second story efficiency apartment located above a two car garage in Lewiston, Maine. My boyfriend & I live on-site with our two indoor cats, but the apartment will be your own private space.

The space
Our property is located in Lewiston, which is Maine's second largest city and is centrally located for easy access to all that Maine has to offer. You can be at the coast or in the mountains within an hour (of scenic driving), in Portland within 45 minutes.

Grocery stores, dollar stores, gas stations and several restaurants are within a mile radius of the apartment making stocking up on essentials convenient. There are also opportunities for recreation, including outdoor pickle ball courts, batting cages and a bird sanctuary with walking trails.

Smoking is allowed in outside areas only.

Guest access
You will have access to the apartment and fenced in backyard. The patio has a picnic table, small fire pit with chairs, and two grills available for use during the summer months. Please do not leave pets unattended in the backyard.

Other things to note
There is a two story deck off the apartment that is to be used as an emergency exit only for the time being.
