Surrounded by mountains and overlooking the sea, the house is on half an acre of ground and is a short walk from Minard beach and castle. This area is perfect for quiet country walks, and restful scenery.

The Neighborhood

Only eight miles away is the bustling fishing port of Dingle which is home to internationally renowned restaurants and bars. About
I am a psychologist and academic who moved to the Dingle Peninsula in 1995, drawn by the beauty of the place and the interesting people. I aim to provide a comfortable, book filled home from home, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life: a place where you can relax in comfort. You are welcome to read any of the books that I have collected over the years - they may even provide some useful reference sources! The living room includes a projector with surround sound for watching movies beside the open fire. Underfloor and overhead electric heating ensure that the temperature is constant. The kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils, locally made pottery and a range of herbs and spices should you wish to cook. I hope you have a wonderful stay.
