Here you can enjoy natural village lifestyle with farm fresh organic meals, local drinks like tongba, chyang, wine & rice beer.
The village has various day trekking destinations and a river nearby.
Also popular trekking destinations like Sandakphu, Kala pokhari, Bikhey Banjyang are reachable in a day time, by hiking offbeat route with beautiful meadows, views of mountains & Darjeeling valley.

The place has a river & water fall nearby in walking distance where you can spend peaceful time.

You can enjoy roaming around the village to see rural lifestyle and organic vegetables farms.

Also you can do day treks by hiking trails through Pine, Rhododendron, Magnolia, Hazelnuts,Chestnuts trees wood, accompanied by view of snow peak.

Hike uphill till you reach a meadow called daptaar where local people often go for picnic & camping, then walk straight & down to reach Jarayo pokhari then walk through rhododendron trail to reach Maanedara and come back to the village
You can see Darjeeling, kurseong, kalampong valley from a hill on the way.

Another option would be trek Dilpa jungle trail, reach popular trekking destinations like Tonglu, Dhotrey and come back to the village on same day.
