The Lookout is a prestigious, contemporary, entertainers delight holiday house boasting expansive ocean and hinterland views. It is only a short walk to the beach and is situated in the suburb of Boat Harbour which is only a 10 minute drive to Nelson Bay's bayside beaches and many attractions.

This luxurious holiday home has been architecturally designed to take full advantage of the panoramic views. The home has multiple entertaining areas inside and a plethora of decks outside. One of the most outstanding features of this resort-style home is the generous roof top terrace, a remarkable space from which the vista can be fully appreciated - complete with a 12 seater dining table and lounge, its perfect for drinks at sun-down. Another rare and sought-after feature is the gravity-defying swimming pool deck, that has a stainless steel BBQ, conveniently located just off the living areas.

The luxurious home boasts amazing hinterland and ocean views and has been designed with relaxation and entertaining in mind. Perched above the surf and surrounding bushland, it’s a private oasis, yet is only a 500m stroll down a path to One Mile Beach. One Mile Beach is the area’s premier family friendly surf beach.

Only minutes away is the shopping village of Anna Bay and the famous, adventure packed Stockton Sand Dunes, the largest sand dunes in the southern hemisphere. Just two of the activities available there are being able to 4WD along the beach and dunes or enjoy the thrill of sand boarding down 30m high dunes.

The Lookout has an open plan kitchen/lounge/dining area, and provides all the inclusions you'd expect from a property of this calibre. It consists of 5 bedrooms, sleeping 10 adults. The large flat screen TV, comfy lounge, and free WI-FI is sure to keep everyone happy. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, and has all stainless steel appliances, including a Miele oven, steamer oven, induction cook-top, dishwasher, plumbed fridge, microwave, built-in coffee maker, butler’s pantry and large island bench with four bar stools.

Another unique feature of this property is the mobility assisted access. There is disabled access to many areas of the house, including: the kitchen, lounge and dining rooms, two bedrooms each with ensuites, powder room, pool deck and pool. Areas that would not be accessible are the 3rd, 4th and 5th bedroom, laundry, main bathroom, outdoor courtyard (there are 5 steps) and rooftop terrace.


LINEN & TOWELS ARE SUPPLIED and the beds are made with quality white linen.

ACCOMMODATES MAXIMUM – 10 adults (2 x King, 1 x Queen, x 4 King Single). There is a sofa bed in the master bedroom.
The sofa bed can be used upon application and to accommodate total maximum guest 12 including children.

BOND The Lookout has a refundable bond of $1500 that is payable with the balance of your accommodation and is refundable 3-5 days from your departure date.

NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.

NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.

PLEASE NOTE: PARTIES, FUNCTIONS, WEDDINGS (WEDDING RELATED), GRADUATES and or SCHOOLIES/TEENAGER bookings are not accepted.
