From Jun 1 - Aug 31, 2015 the minimum stay is 2 nights.
All I have to say that we would rent this place again in a second! The host was very considerate, even put some groceries in the ridge for us before we arrived. The apartment is clean, large, and the location is great. The subway, and Soho is a few minutes walk. There are plenty of places to eat right outside the front door. The apartment was stocked with all amenities in case you leave something behind. Even though it can get loud downstairs, the noise level in the apartment is very low. Overall a wonderful experience!
Everything went according to plan and Daniel was helpful in every way possible. Very flexible when our traveling plans changed. The place is located in a very funky and cool area of the east village. Heaps of bars and restaurants. I recommend Daniels place very much!
Our family of 4 ( including a 13 and 15 y.o) stayed here for 5 nights. This was a wonderful place! Daniel was AWESOME to work with, extremely responsive and informational!! He made us feel very welcome when we arrived. He was also very flexible with check in/out. We had a late flight out so he let us check out late without any problem. The apt is exactly as pictured and described! Read his comprehensive description. Roomy, super clean, wonderful towels, comfy beds, he even had some fresh fruit, yogurt, milk, & juice for us in fridge on arrival. He gave us travel info as well as info on getting around. It did get a bit noisy at night like he said, but you can only hear from the master bedroom and living room. We kept a small fan on and he provided ear plugs which one of us used and we slept perfectly fine. It really wasn't much of an issue. We were able to use his computer with free WIFI and had use of printer. The towels were plush and he left extras as well. He also allowed us to use whatever he had in the kitchen, such as oils, spices, pancake mix, etc.. He left a grocery membership card for the little store (Key foods) down the block ,which we frequented a couple of times for breakfast items etc.. There is a park just a block or two away and subways fairly close. Overall we felt safe walking to and from, even late at night. One of the bars right next to apt had some interesting characters standing outside in the late evenings, but we never felt threatened at all. The wood floors are beautiful and a little creaky but it actually gave the place character I thought. I don't think there was anyone above us. Although it is 3rd floor out of 4. If there were we NEVER heard them. There were plenty of restaurants near by and overall this was a great place for our family! We definitely would recommend renting from Daniel!! Thanks again for a wonderful place to stay on our first ( and hopefully not last) trip to NYC!
We really had great time here. First night we think it is little far from subway, but next day we found bus station just in front of the apt, it is so convenient . We highly recommend here.
Daniels apartment was exactly as described and shown online. Great location in East Village. Daniel was an amazing host with both a clean apartment and super advice on the local area. Really great for our first Airbnb experience.
GREAT !!!
