Welcome to your San Diego escape at 2226 Seaside Street, perfectly situated in the iconic Ocean Beach / Point Loma neighborhood. Whether you’re here to explore, relax, or soak up the Southern California vibe, this home has everything you need for an unforgettable stay.

Beach-Ready Fun: We provide everything for your coastal adventures, including foam longboards, surfboards, beach cruisers, kayaks (if your car can transport them), beach chairs, and umbrellas.

Outdoor Living at Its Finest: Relax in our beautiful, covered, shared outdoor living space—ideal for coffee, cocktails, or an al fresco meal after a day in the sun.

Chef’s Kitchen: Our fully equipped kitchen is well-stocked with high-quality cookware, utensils, and baking essentials for aspiring bakers. You’ll also find spices, oils, and pantry staples, so there’s no need to shop for the basics.

Garden Goodies: Enjoy fresh produce and herbs from our backyard garden, where we often share seasonal harvests with guests.

Interior: The living, bedroom, and kitchen are in one space. This is the perfect vacation getaway or corporate rental for one person or a couple. There is only one bed, no crib or blow-up mattress, and a love seat (non-sleeper).

Guest access
All common area amenities are available for guest use. Parties and additional guests are NOT allowed without PRIOR owner approval. Pets are not allowed to play or "potty" in the common area. Pets must be walked on leash and off-property. Approved pets under 15 pounds may be allowed with an extra $50 fee. Entry is via a coded lockbox.

Other things to note
Pets and Parties: All pets must be disclosed. All common area amenities are available for guest use. Parties and additional guests are NOT allowed without PRIOR owner approval. Pets are not allowed to play or "potty" in the common area. Pets must be walked on leash and off-property. Approved pets under 15 pounds may be allowed with an extra $50 fee.

We want our guests to enjoy their stay but do not want any activity that could disturb our neighbors (including but not limited to loud parties, loud talking, smoking in or around the property, barking dogs, or unsightly debris). Guests will be charged a minimum of $45/hour for the time allocated to correcting issues (this includes the owner's time communicating with guests and AIRBNB). Due to the location of the San Diego airport flight path, airplane noise can be heard during flight hours. Street parking only. No parties. No more than 2 occupants.

Bike use: 1 bike provided with lock
By using the bicycle, you and your guests voluntarily assume all risks of injury or harm and fully release the property owner and all associated parties from any liability permitted by law. 1 bike and 1 helmet are provided. The bike must be locked in the bike storage after each use. Theft of the bike while off property will result in a charge of $400 to the guest for bike replacement.

Ocean Beach (OB): Walk to the OB Pier, tide pools, and a variety of surf spots. Stroll through OB’s quirky shops, grab a bite at local taco joints, or sip craft beer at one of the neighborhood’s famous breweries. Don’t forget the lively OB Farmers Market on Wednesdays!

Family-Friendly Fun: SeaWorld, the San Diego Zoo, and Balboa Park are all just minutes away, offering endless activities for kids and adults alike.

Neighborhood highlights

Ocean Beach - known for its authentic funky beach town vibe, beautiful sunsets, OB pier, dog beach, lots of eateries and pubs. Although it can get a little rowdy in peak season, OB is known for its laid back and easy lifestyle. Although we like to go visit the rowdy scene, we do not welcome rowdy people or parties at our studio. Our studio is about a 12- minute walk to the beach.
