  • Carlos was a simply fantastic host. The boat was clean and ready for our arrival and even better than I expected it to be. Carlos took the time to show us how everything worked and gave us suggestions on places to go in the area. We ran into Carlos on the marina a few times and he was always pleasant and interested in how our trip was going. If I ever find myself in Miami again, I will be sure to book his lovely boat again!
The marina is in the Upper East Side of Miami, which was a very quiet and safe area. We left the boat unlocked at all times because it was past a guarded and locked gate with security cameras and quiet residents. The area is not one for crazy nightlife but does have some very nice bars, restaurants, lounges, and even a few high-end clubs. Easy access to the interstate, as well as the causeway to the beach. Carlos was available by text/phone call at all times to answer questions and was an overall very inviting and laid-back host. Would recommend his listing(s) to anyone!

  • Our stay on Carlos' yacht was amazing. The listing itself can't convey how awesome everything is. From the moment we arrived, things kept getting better and better. The marina itself is beyond beautiful. It is also quiet and the other residents are friendly. Carlos himself was very warm, attentive and responsive. He was around the property, but by no means was he intrusive. When we arrived, he gave us great details on how everything worked and answered all of our questions, allowing us to really take advantage of our time there. The marina facilities added to the trip, and we definitely needed a few dips in the pool to deal with the humid weather! It was my girlfriend's first trip to Miami and our stay at Carlos' yacht helped me earn serious brownie points! We will definitely return in the near future.

  • Staying on a yacht was something we had been wanting to do for sometime and this was the perfect opportunity. Carlos was a great host, our flight was delayed and we didn't arrive until after 8 pm but Carlos was happy to meet us and show us around, thanks Carlos. During our stay he was close by if you had any questions but respected our privacy. Boat was very clean and tidy the marina was not large so very peaceful at night and the views were great. Use of the marina swimming pool was a bonus
