A block away from downtown Broussard. Large yard for pets, free parking, patio, and Wi-Fi. Maps says 15 minutes to Downtown Lafayette, 10 minutes to Downtown Youngsville, and 12 minutes from the airport! One queen size bed, one fold out twin bed in closet, and a sofa. Sleeps up to three. Comfy and cozy get away. I am NOT LOCATED IN LAFAYETTE, so if you stay here please understand that you could be 10 to 20 minute drive depending on your destination

Park in Two car private driveway in front of fenced in yard. Or you can open the gate and park on the driveway. No parking under the patio. Keyless entry to the home under patio. Additional gated yard for pets

Do not take art off the wall. There is no parking inside yard.
