I just started renting my place- happy to share it with the Airbnb community. Let me give you some info about it:
It's a premium apartment in the center of Madrid. A short distance from the most traditional and modern Madrid.
Spacious (120 meters), bright, modern, comfortable and with attention to detail with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms
Kitchen with everything you need and very comfortable living room perfect to rest after a day of sightseeing around the city
No elevator
The space
IMPORTANT: Common areas in the building are being fixed at the moment (as its a 1900s building construction). some construction elements and dust/some noise can be happening during your stay. please contact me before booking if you need extra details! everytjing else in the flat is great :) - I have added some pictures of the common areas of the building
The apartment was completely renovated in 2017 and has plenty of natural light and a modern style while maintaining original materials.
They are 120 square meters with everything you need for a comfortable stay in an apartment that is in the heart of Madrid, with Metro Lines (La Latina and Sol) at a short distance, although the entire city center is recommended to be enjoyed by walking
There are 3 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1. Ensuite bedroom with full bathroom and huge bed (200x200cm)
Bedroom 2. Ensuite with 2 single beds
Bedroom 3. 1 double bed
There is an extra full bathroom in the living room area
Important: No elevator in the building (floor 2 apartment, you have to go up stairs to floor 1 and then to floor 2)
Flat is in the Latina / Lavapiés neighborhoods- pretty local vibe ("castizo" as we say here) and full of bars, taverns... to eat great food and drinks. Contact me for recommendations :)
It´s walking distance to many key spots, from Plaza Mayor, Sol and Gran Via, also Palacio Real and key local markets (San Miguel)

Relevant: Construction work has started on the front of the building and also inside, bear in mind for potential, not confirmed, noise at some moments
No elevator in the building (flat in floor 2)
Please be respectful with neighbours and avoid loud noises from 22.00 (diswasher and washing machine cannot be used between 10pm - 9am)
Flat not available for kids under 8 years old
Smoking is NOT allowed
If there is any issue with the flat keys (lose, locked yourself...) please contact the host
Never leave the keys inside the lock and make sure to close the door when you leave the flat
