Guests say this home is in a quiet area.
Step through the gate. The photos don't capture this;tropical palms overhead, butterflies everywhere, string lights waiting for evening. Your cypress cottage with treehouse style loft. That 100-year-old clawfoot tub. The outdoor shower everyone raves about. Hot tub under stars. Hammock between palms. Covered deck with grill. Fenced yard for your pup. Walk to coffee, drive 15 minutes to white beaches. But you'll want to stay right here.Our guests say it best: magical, restorative, transformative.

The space
Your private 350sf cypress retreat opens to a lush tropical garden that steals hearts—guests say photos don't capture the magic.
Inside: cozy treehouse-style loft with queen bed, queen sleeper below.
The queen size bed is up in the loft which is an easy access with a built in ladder. Please be sure you are comfortable with stepping up the ladder.
There is also a sofa sleeper downstairs in the main room and we include the linens for it, if you would rather sleep there.
100-year-old clawfoot tub for wine-and-candle soaks.

Outside: hot tub under string lights, hammock in the garden, covered deck with full cooking setup (gas cooktop, grills, air fryer, 3 ice machines).

Guest access
You'll have complete private access to the 350 sq ft cottage plus loft sleeping area. Separate entrance through side gate with a garden pathway leading to your space. The entire fenced backyard garden is yours to enjoy - hot tub, outdoor shower, covered deck, hammock, seating areas, and all outdoor amenities. Street parking available in front of property.
NOTE: The queen size bed is up in the loft which is an easy access with a built in ladder. Please be sure you are comfortable with stepping up the ladder.

NOTE: the front house is at the front of the property. They have their own private access, and their own outdoor grill area . The garden amenities are shared

Other things to note
Beach is an easy 15 min drive.
The cottage is about 7 to 10 minutes from downtown Pensacola, about a 10 to 15 minute walk from the famous Mcguires restaurant, Bagelheads the wonderful local breakfast spot and it’s centrally located within about 15 minutes of the airport. And most important a 15 minute drive to the most beautiful beaches in United States!
