The space
Your private 350sf cypress retreat opens to a lush tropical garden that steals hearts—guests say photos don't capture the magic.
Inside: cozy treehouse-style loft with queen bed, queen sleeper below.
The queen size bed is up in the loft which is an easy access with a built in ladder. Please be sure you are comfortable with stepping up the ladder.
There is also a sofa sleeper downstairs in the main room and we include the linens for it, if you would rather sleep there.

Guest access
You'll have complete private access to the 350 sq ft cottage plus loft sleeping area.
Separate entrance through side gate with a garden pathway leading to your space. The entire fenced backyard garden is yours to enjoy - hot tub, outdoor shower, covered deck, hammock, seating areas, and all outdoor amenities. Street parking available in front of property.

FLORIDA CLIMATE
The property is situated a private lot with outdoor areas, surrounded by a zen garden. Consider bringing breathable clothing that you can layer down, sunscreen and bug protectant if you are going to be spending time outdoors.
Florida is often humid and we do have bugs. We keep the property very well maintained, including consistent routine pest and bug maintenance. You may see a random bug here and there and please let us know if you do. It is rare inside our properties. However it is not grounds for a refund. Keeping in mind again that we are in Florida, it's very hot and tropical. We suggest you keep the doors closed, and wear appropriate bug spray and sunscreen. You may also see a friendly gecko outdoors in the sun or the garden.

NOTE: Please note that Tommy's Zen Garden and the East Hill Jazz House are two separate listings on the same property, each with its own private entrance and secure key code.
The Zen Garden occupies the middle of the property and includes a shared garden and hot tub available to guests of both listings. The Cottage has its own private back porch, outdoor seating, and grill. Guests are asked to be respectful and considerate of one another. Please make sure a shared garden environment is the right fit for you before booking!

Other things to note
Beach is an easy 15 min drive.
The cottage is about 7 to 10 minutes from downtown Pensacola, about a 10 to 15 minute walk from the famous Mcguires restaurant, Bagelheads the wonderful local breakfast spot and it’s centrally located within about 15 minutes of the airport. And most important a 15 minute drive to the most beautiful beaches in United States!
