Trail side townhouse in the mountains

Bright, airy, three story townhouse with views of the Moat Mountains. Ten minute drive to the Village; then come home to the peace and quiet of this end unit at the edge of the White Mountain National Forest. Top floor master with king bed, en suite bath, and mountain views. Basement bedrooms and bath offer privacy when vacationing with two families. Fully equipped kitchen. A/C.

Enjoy the pool and tennis, or xc ski, bike, or hike right out the back door.

The space
This is the sweet spot between all the shops, restaurants, and entertainment North Conway village has to offer, and the solitude and outdoor recreation the White Mountains are famous for. Cedar Creek is a quiet, family friendly complex bordering woods, streams, and trails. Two miles from Echo Lake State Park, just down the road from boat and tube put-in on the Saco River, and with access out the back door to cross country skiing, dirt road and single track mountain biking, and hiking trails.

This end unit is bright and light filled, with an open floor plan main living area with gas fireplace for gathering together, but plenty of privacy on the lower and third floors for when you need a bit of time to yourself, or if you want to send the kids downstairs to watch a movie or play some video games. Central A/C will keep you cool in hot summer weather, although we recommend enjoying cool mountain evenings with the windows open.

You are likely to see a few bears partaking of the wild blueberry patch in the backfield from time to time as well.

Guest access
With the exception of the locked closets, guests may access all spaces in the unit, as well as the back deck, and the community amenities like the pool, tennis court, and picnic areas.

Other things to note
The pool is outdoor, seasonal (approximately Memorial Day to Labor Day), and common to the complex, with a sheltered seating area. Nearby are a tennis court, barbecues, a grassy area, and picnic tables.

Two bedrooms, one full en suite bathroom, and one full hall bathroom are on the second floor up a normal, carpeted flight of stairs from the ground/first floor living/kitchen. The other two sleeping areas (a small bedroom with two twin and a large living area with a futon bed) and a 3/4 bathroom are on the basement level). There are no bathrooms or bedrooms on the ground/first floor.

The complex is a very quiet, family-friendly, well-managed condo development surrounded by a single-family neighborhood of year-round and vacation residences and the White Mountain National Forest. It is several miles outside the village atmospheres in the towns of North Conway and Conway and is set a good distance back from the well-traveled West Side Road.
