A pool suite close to the CBD and 300m to Victoria Park. Situated behind a grand villa. Suitable for guests only, respectful use of amenities and privacy. Please do not book our airbnb if you want to have friends over for any reason, including pick up/drop off!! On street parking available. Everything provided for a comfortable short stay. Ceiling fan not working.
Internet is restricted. There is a small manual TV.

The space
Suit individual or a couple. Close to all the CBD, Norwood events and moments from Victoria Park. “Cosy and Comfortable” seems to be the feedback from many guests. Guests may use the pool. The backyard is part of our home so we use it. There is a laundry at the back of the pool suite for our guests. Washing machine/dryer, clothes line with laundry detergent available for guests. Ironing board and iron available.Definitely no smoking on the property. Parking unrestricted at the front of our home. Read the council signs regarding parking.
Not suitable as a home office arrangement as internet is restricted so please don’t book if you intend to use the internet for professional or streaming as it’s restricted.
A/C use during the day when weather is hot/warm. Open window/door for Fresh air and airflow evenings and mornings.

Guest access
Side gate access. Make your way down the right hand side (as you face the front door), you’ll see the pool ahead, turn left, listing side door access. Sensor lights come on. Key is rare, we suggest when you lock it to leave, find a spot and leave behind. (Pot plant, under the mat) Accommodation is at the back of a Victorian Villa.

During your stay
You will be treated as our paying guests. We live in the villa. This is part of our home. We use the backyard to go to and from our garage. The pool suite is for AirB&B guest(s) only. The suite is private - blinds ensure your privacy. Light and airy space. No need to have lights on during the day. Please be respectful of home environment, use of power etc.
Portable fan available to assist with air flow. A/C in use during the day. Ceiling fan currently not in use.
Not suitable for children.

We are accustomed to hosting many international guests. Over 30 years experience welcoming people to our home. Please switch off lights/tv before going to sleep.
On street Parking unrestricted at the front of our home and immediate neighbour’s homes. Read Council parking restrictions if you park elsewhere.
