Airbnb-ing my 2 bedroom apartment in Hongdae, one that I’ve been using as my studio.
*UPDATE: added cable TV and automatic water filter ;)

The space
Location
• 2 minute walking distance from Hongik University Station Exit.6 (150meters away)
• Right next to the READ ROAD
• around the corner of a 247 open 7/11 and tons of cafés and restaurants

Apartment
• 2 bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed ⇒ max. 4 guests
• a fully equipped kitchen with all the basic cooking appliances and cutleries
• a small bathroom (typical Korean style toilet + shower)
• Korean style floor heating available, even on the bathroom floor
• 2 A/C(only for cooling) available in the bedroom (covers the whole apartment)
• washer, detergent provided
• apartment cleaning during stay: available for 50,000krw a time to call in our cleaning staff, but we can vacuum the floor ourselves once in a while if you want to

Apartment Building
• my studio is within our family house, a 4story building
• it’s on 1.5th floor of the building, a digital door lock on the main gate for security
• no lift inside the building

Amenities Provided
• 2 bath towel and 2 smaller towel per person (not daily, can be changed once every 4 days)
• 2 hairdryer
• shampoo, body wash, toothpaste, hand wash

• READ OUR HOUSE RULES. PLEASE. and stick to them once you’ve agreed to it :)
(*We have the right to report to Airbnb Resolution Center and have you empty the apartment/ ask for corresponsive compensation when the rules are not kept)
• checkin available at pre-discussed time between 3pm-11pm(Check in on your own for any other time)
• early checkin / late checkout: NOT POSSIBLE.
*It's a late flight, so if it's inevitable, late check-in is free.

Down one floor, there is a gas dryer for very good laundry. It has the ability to blow dust out, so it dries very cleanly and quickly. It is forbidden to use it during sleeping hours (from 10 pm to 9 am)
