Great location and a very clean and spacious apartment. Why had problems with the TV and keys but these were resolved very quickly. The kitchen facilities are great, especially when we stayed over the Christmas period. Overall a wonderful place to stay.
My daughter and her friends had a truly enjoyable stay. The apartment was lovely - exactly as described. They wished they could have stayed longer than a weekend.
The apartment was in an excellent location with nearby restaurants and grocery store. (We ate at the mexican restaurant near waterloo station = VERY loud and would not go again although the food was fresh and good, pub near waterloo was good, sainsbury nearby as well). We had 4 adults and 3 children and the apartment was a perfect size! I would agree with others that the pull out bed would not fit two adults comfortably. Working with Owen and co-worker was very straightforward, make sure to ring them with any questions/to talk.
I agree with the other reviews that apartment was nice and in a central location. The check-in and check-out went well, which was good because I wasn't sure how it would all work. But I had a very different experience from the person who said it was a quiet street. Our first night there was during the summer heat wave. I forgot to think about air conditioning because that usually isn't a big issue in London. Satcheel said she would bring a fan but she never did. We had to have our windows open every night because of the heat. The first night there were people having a party in the back of a truck right under our window -singing at 11:30pm. I was amazed my children were able to sleep on the pull-out bed because the noise woke me up in the back bedroom. After the party broke up, I could fall asleep only to be woken up at 1:30am by very noisy neighbors in the building. I don't know if they normally live there or were renting, but the noise they made was incredible because I am not a light sleeper. In the morning there were flies all in the kitchen/living room because of the windows being open. The washing machine was broken so we used the laudromat on the street. Satcheel was kind enough to pay us for the cost so that wasn't too bad except it was a little inconvenient. The street out front has a lot of construction on it right now. After the first night, the noise subsided significantly, so maybe it was just bad luck. Despite the nice location and space in the apartment, I would not go back because we had such a terrible experience our first night. I can't fault the owners for that but it was pretty miserable for my whole family to have such a bad night after a long day of travel and a full day planned for the following day.
Fantastic apartment in a great location. It felt like we were not in the centre of the city as the street was so quiet. Great street with everything you would need, and a fantastic market. Walking to the south bank was very easy using the Leake underpass, which we all enjoyed seeing the ever changing art. The artists were very approachable and enjoyed hearing that we (as a very mixed aged group) loved all the art. Didn't use the underpass (email hidden) after 10:30 so can't comment if it is safe to use.
The apartment was spacious and light with everything you would need. It was very warm in London when we were there and it was lovely that Owen had thought to put a fan into the apartment to keep us cool at night. On the plus side it was so warm that any washing we did was dry over night.
Our kids loved sitting at the dining table eating breakfast and watching the market set up. Greensmiths deli and general store across the road had some fantastic food for picnics and meals, tad pricey but cheaper than eating out.
The 2 double beds were very comfortable, but the sofa bed is not suitable for 2 adult or even 2 older kids, but was fine for my 12 year old but he did say that he could feel the metal through the mattress so possibly a new sofa bed would make this apartment sleep 6 more comfortably.
Our check-in and communication was faultless, but sadly the communication then broke down with Satcheel who was checking us out, and we had to leave before she could come and check the apartment.
I would definitely use this apartment again, as it is so close to everything and comfortable.

Good facility and location. Enjoyed our stay.
This is a good solid option for central London. Fantastic location - Waterloo Station around the corner (you cant hear the trains from the apartment either), walking distance to London Eye and that part of The Thames, Big Ben, tourist buses, river cruises etc.
The apartment is spacious, though the lounge is not as large is it appears in the photos, though thats pretty par for the course i have found.
Owen was solid. He helped us check in early which was cool.
Its true that some aspects of the apartment are a little worn but they arent important, and it all works fine and is clean and actually pretty stylish - as in a decent step up from Ikea level.
The one real negative is the astonishingly thin walls. We could have had a conversation - at normal volume - with the people in the apartment next door. (Did you find the hairdryer? Did you need a jacket after all?) But to be fair, every place has its flaws and all in all its not a big problem once you accept thats how it is. We enjoyed staying there. Its good.
The street its on is handy and has some good shops including that great Thai place a few doors down, i think called (oddly) Marie's.
We were six persons who had a really nice stay in Owens apartment. Everything was clean, and towels and kitchen equipment was kindly made available. The immediate neighbourhood is a bit boring, but the apartment is centrally located near Waterloo station and in walking distance to major attractions. The two bathrooms are really nice, but only one of the showers functions well. The communication with Owen could have been a bit more smooth, but he was kind and flexible with our arrival time and he kept his agreements. Overall, we were satisfied.
