If you are leaving the apartment (checking out) or plan to check in at an unsociable hour, you must let us know in advance. An unsociable check in/check out time is deemed to be a time outside of the stated check in/check out period.

Please note if you choose to check in between the hours of 11pm and 5am you will be charge an unsociable check in fee of 50 pounds.
O apartamento é excelente, a localização é sensacional. As fotos refletem exatamente o que é o apartamento. As pessoas que administram o apartamento são bem profissionais e cumpriram com os horários e com o combinado.
O único inconveniente é que o assoalho faz um pouco de barulho, portanto se escuta os vizinhos pela manhã e as pessoas andando pela casa, mas não considero um problema grave.
Heater and hot water system doesnt work on the day we arrive. Took us many hours for waiting until it fixed. All of my friends havnt shower for whole day.

I really don´t have another word to describe how amazing was the days with my family in London. The apartment is exactly like the photos, very comfortable (for six), calm, clean and organized. It is located near Waterloo station and few minutes (by foot) from touristic places. I recommended!We love it!!
The apartment was amazing! it was close to Waterloo station which made everything convenient. It was very spacious and it was in a prime location! (Near the Big Ben & the London Eye). Owen personally showed how to use the appliances and everything. Looking forward to coming back to London!
My honest review...Pros and Cons
Location is great. It is very close to the Southbank, Big Ben, London Eye. It's all within a 10 minute walk.
Price was pretty good considering that it has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, a kitchen (although we didn't use it much) and a living room.
Location. It is on a street that has a lot of foot traffic well into the late hours of the night and very noisy. There are a lot of bars nearby and people can be heard as they leave the bars at 1am as if they were inside the apartment.
Neighbors upstairs (which I believe live there, not renters) are VERY noisy. They have a small child and the stomping around can be heard late into the evening (11pm) and as early as 5-6 am. This coupled with the fact that the building is old and the insulation is virtually non-existent means you better be a heavy sleeper. You will hear constant creaking and stomping from upstairs.
No air conditioning. Man this place needs it. It was quite warm in the apartment and this meant we had no choice but to leave the windows wide open. This didn't help too much and made the noise from outside even worse.
The hallway leading to the apartment is very dirty. Luckily the apartment is not so bad however it could use fresh paint and a better cleaning job.
Overall the advertisement is pretty accurate but I don't think I'd stay again. I'm more of a hotel person and if you are as well, lower your standards before coming here. You will pay more for a hotel but you will sleep better and it will be more comfortable. We booked this room but were put in apartment A which is on the first floor. Not sure if C would have been better or not.
Owen was a nice host in the limited amount of contact we had with him.
