The Space

Fantastic housing opportunity in downtown Asheville, North Carolina!
Walking/Biking distance to theaters, restaurants, parks, galleries, clubs, bars, schools, churches, the French Broad River and River Arts District and more!
Two bedrooms and one full bath is available in our home.
This setting comes with excellent views, plenty of off-street parking, fenced yard (email hidden) connection!
Available mainly from Friday to Monday with some weekday possibilities.
Open to renting the un-shared house for $110 a night or sharing it with you as well which would be $65 a night for one room or $80 a night for two rooms
Negotiation and flexibility are definately on the table.

Thanks!- radix

  • Radix and his house were amazing! The location was great, within walking distance of downtown and the river arts district. I was able to bring my dog who became quick friends with Clarabell. We had a chance to hang out with Radix for a bit and he was extremely genuine and easy to talk with. He was very accommodating and the house was clean and in great shape. Loved it all around and would highly recommend! :)

  • We had a great time in Asheville. Radix was very easy to communicate with prior to and during the stay. He responded to messages quickly and answered all of my questions. His house is very conveniently located downtown close to the arts district and lots of restaurants and activity. His porch has a lovely view of the mountains.

  • Our stay with Radix was really enjoyable. We rented the "un-shared" option and me, my partner, and another couple stayed throughout the Memorial Day weekend. Radix responded within 24 hours when I sent him questions ahead of time. He met us at the planned time at his house gave a quick tour, chatted a bit, and gave us some good brewery and food recommendations.

The house was clean and there were mints on the pillows! He had clean sheets and bath towels available on the beds as well. His children's artwork is so fun to look at and the colorful painting and colorful twinkle lights all capture the essence of Asheville, peace, and love.

The house is set a little off the road in a turn-about with two other houses, so it is very quiet and peaceful there. It is also truly a 10-15 min walking distance from downtown and we took a taxi home after dark because were unfamiliar with the safety of the neighborhood at night. Taxi was only $5.50.

  • Radix (email hidden) and very accomodating. We had a group of 5 people with 4 that biked 100 miles on the Blue Ridge Parkway and were able to lock our bikes in the yard next to the porch. Radix gave us some great recommendations and we were walking distance to a number of the breweries and restaurants that we were interested in visiting. Close to the River Arts District and downtown.

  • Radix (email hidden). He's friendly, accommodating and a delight to chat with. His home is close to downtown Asheville and the River Arts district, and it's situated in a quiet residential area. My fiancee and I really enjoyed our night at Radix's place and our only regret was that we didn't have more time to (email hidden).

  • Radix (email hidden). He replied promptly to all my questions before we arrived and was a great help in teaching us about the area once we arrived. He was very flexible and gracious and accommodated our needs, even when our plans changed a bit at the last minute. My friends and I truly appreciated the hospitality he and his kids showed us! I only wish we'd had more time to get to know them!
