Great lower unit of a charming two unit home next to the Ludington Municipal Marina and walking distance to beach, harbor, downtown and boat launch. Ideal for the fisherman in the group. This is a 2/2 with a living room, dining room and fully stocked kitchen and washer/dryer. There is freezer in basement for your use. There is a second floor separate apartment listed as The Dock House-Upper Unit.

The lower unit is a 2 bed room 2 bath with a full kitchen, family room and separate dining room that will seat 6.

The Dock House - Lower Unit has its own entrance from the front porch as well as the back deck.

Other things to note
This house is next to the marina where you can dock your boat and walk to the house or charter one of many salmon charters docked in the marina. You are within walking distance to downtown and Sterns Beach. Ludington State Park is a short drive

We do allow pets with a $100 pet fee.
