Great upper unit of a charming two unit home next to the Ludington Municipal Marina and walking distance to beach, harbor, downtown and boat launch. Ideal for the fisherman in the group. This is a 608 sf 1bed 1 bath with a large living room and fully stocked kitchen. Washer/dryer in basement along with use of a freezer. The first floor separate unit is listed as The Dock House-Lower.

The space
The upper unit has its own entrance and small deck off the back. The stairs to the deck have been recently rebuilt as well as the bedroom floors. Large driveway in the back that can park two cars for your stay. Parking is also available our front on the street. Some areas of the unit have sloped ceilings and could be an issue but not a hindrance for taller individuals.

This unit has a separate entrance upstairs through a small porch.

We do allow pets but do charge a $100 pet fee.
